Week 10 Check In

Please complete the below questions. If you haven’t yet completed your Week 10 Actions then you can fill in the questions relating to what you have done and submit, then come back later and fill in the remaining questions.

Your answers will be saved with us on the system, however it will not show them when you come back on this screen so please make sure to record which answers you completed the first time round.

We recommend you copy and paste all the questions and answers into your own document and save them so you can track where you are up to and what you need to come back to submit.

You must submit everything before you come to the end of the course. Your final assessment will only be marked once everything is submitted and it is your responsibility to document what you have submitted and what you have yet to complete.

NOTE: If you are completing ACCELERATE LIVE training, you DO NOT need to submit recorded practise sessions as I will monitor your practises live in training. CLICK HERE to book on to ACCELERATE LIVE.

UPDATE: You can now add the weekly live sessions towards your certification submissions. As long as you have taken part in the practise section. This means you will NOT be required to submit a recorded video of you practising that technique. At the start of the live session the trainer will add your details to the system and this will be counted towards your certification. In the section where it asks you if you have submitted a video, just add ‘COMPLETED LIVE’.  

It is important to note, that when you are working with practise clients you must not be working with young or vulnerable people. The best option for practise is to work with other students so you can practise on each other. 

IMPORTANT: A common question we get is….”If I resubmit a form, will it write over my answers I have previously added or will it just amend the one I’ve amended?”

The answer is – No it will not overwrite it, it will submit the form more than once saving all of your previous answers. It will not show you your answers when you come back to resubmit so you MUST track what you have already submitted.
